Working Agreement

Your Success

X-Ceed Transition was formed to support each ex-offenders long awaited change. Therefore, being the right candidate for a placement is an important part of working effectively together.

X-Ceed Transition would not expect progress from someone who is not happy with the Working Together Agreement, there really needs to be a willingness to see the program through to independence.

The Working Agreement is in place to protect you, each candidate and Transitional House Host. We are very serious about your future achievements therefore signing an agreement to the house rules and the following expectations is expected.

We are committed to offer continuous support to candidates who have chosen a life free from substance misuse; with a history of drug issues (cigarettes included), alcohol misuse and anger management. As these behaviours are not allowed in or around the premises of each home; this expectation will be reflected within the Working Agreement.

As part of the Working Agreement, all candidates are expected to engage in one-to-one counselling sessions, weekly group house meetings, engage in group morning and evening devotions (reading the bible for the biblically based houses) and willing to have parenting classes (if a parent).

Some of our placements are biblically based, for candidates seeking help with living a Godly life based on the Bible. For these candidates, it is favourable to already have an understanding of a Christian life; by already having  bible studies, being converted or reconverted. Their Working Agreement will incorporate any spiritual expectations.
