The Application Process

The X-Ceed Transitional referral process allows you to self refer or to be referred by an agency, either way the application process is the same. To begin the application process X-Ceed Transition requires all applicants to be;

• Aged 27 years and over

• Have a Probation Officer

• Are willing to live a faith based program

The X-Ceed Transition Application Has Three Stages:

Stage One: This stage is information gathering. It is to let us know you are interested and also if you meet the above stated requirements.

Stage Two: This process explores more of who you are, if we can help and to ascertain your willingness to join the program. If you are a successful applicant at this stage, a Transitional House Host will make contact to arrange a meeting to go over the information shared.

Stage Three: This final stage is for the successful applicant. The Transitional House Host will meet with you to go over and sign a Working Agreement in order to join the X-Ceed Transition program.
