The Service

Our Key Purpose

X-Ceed Transition's key purpose is to benefit the public. Our core aims are to be the bridge for change, where possible, by providing a service which will achieve the following:

  1. The prevention or relief of poverty

  2. The advancement of education

  3. The advancement of religion

  4. The advancement of health or the saving of lives

  5. The relief of those in need, by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantages

Core Aims

  • To build Independent living skills.

​

  • Stabilise employment.

​

  • To offer support overcoming any addictions.

​

  • Raise awareness and education in healthy living (nutrition etc.)

​

  • To involve the candidate in the preparation for their future, incorporating a strong feeling of empowerment.​​

​

  • To support the candidate with resolving family issues where possible.

​

  • To encourage the candidate to integrate within the community and society as a whole.

​

  • To improve the spiritual standard of each candidate, if required.

​

  • To develop suitable Care Plans; in cooperation with relative agencies, in line with any goals set within the initial assessment.

​

  • To give opportunities for developing and appropriating   relationships with others through suitable role modelling.

​

  • To protect all residents from harm or injury and safeguard their well being.

​

  • To promote a warm, fun-filled, healthy and educational environment.​​​​​​

​​​

  • To involve outside agencies specialising in specific help needed.

​​​

  • Strengthen spiritual social links within society.

​

  • To maintain a consistent and progressive approach.

​

  • To nurture how to accept adversity as an opportunity for learning; growth and development.
