​The X-Ceed Transitional homes are mostly based outside of the cities. They are situated closer to the tranquil settings of the beautiful UK countryside, for the much needed therapeutic experience during the transition.

Within each X-Ceed Transitional Home resides two 'House Hosts', who offer consistent daily support while creating a stable, safe, nurturing environment. You will be sharing the home with no more than five candidates per placement; we like to keep the numbers low to increase the chance of success for each resident.

Our supported homes are run based on Christian principles. Some of our houses are biblically based for those needing guidance on how to live practically, according to their belief. Other houses are principally faith-based but not religiously geared, for mainstream candidates.

Your success is our mission, therefore, the referral process and assessments of each applicant are carefully considered. It is important to achieve as much of a happy medium as possible within each home, as this will directly affect all who are transitioning with you.

When placed, you will be working holistically on your Support Plan, which will be created specifically for your transition. You will be encouraged daily to strengthen all aspects of your life, which will include; Bridging the gaps with relationships and family members, building career skills, counselling, nutrition, education, social adjustment, breaking addictions, spiritual growth, and much more.
